The staff at this hotel were incredibly warm, treating us with care during a tough time while the amenities were adequate but included flaws like a broken sink faucet and insufficient cleaning. While the place was not perfect, the service made a lasting impression amidst the challenges.

The fitness center was well-equipped and open 24/7. Breakfast had a good variety, including hot coffee and teas available all day. Everything was super convenient and comfy.

The pillows in the room were surprisingly comfortable, didn’t expect that. The bathroom had really good water pressure, felt like a mini spa moment after a day long of dealing with family mess. Loved the privacy of the French doors, too.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know, it’s kinda in line with other places in the area.

However, the elevator was dirtier than my last public restroom visit, and the lack of toilet paper made for some rather awkward moments!

The breakfast was pretty good, and the beds were super comfy for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed relaxing by the indoor pool and even got a little time in the hot tub before heading back to my room. Just a heads up, there were a couple of minor issues with towels upon arrival, but it definitely didn’t ruin my stay! 👍
